Bathrooms: All bathrooms are marble with double vanity units with 2 washhand basins and mirror.
Large separate bathroom adjacent to bedroom 1, wc, bidet, double shower
Large ensuite to bedrooms 2 and 4 with shower/wc.

Kitchen: Expansive luxury kitchen located off main living/dining area equipped with wooden country-style table and chairs, 2 dishwashers, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee grinder and pot, juicer, liquidiser etc and has large food and drink preparation areas.
Utility Room: Leading directly from the large kitchen the utility room has 3 large modern fridges, a freezer, a washing machine, microwave oven and ironing facilities. The back door leads from the utility room for easy access with bringing shopping to and from the car.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Maid service and gardener Monday to Friday. All linen and towels provided for use within the villa. Linen and towels will be changed weekly, unless otherwise agreed. Beach towels available also towels to lay on the sunloungers and for use by the pool.
